By downloading or using the Funny Prank Sound app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

AeroByte Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the app. You are responsible for your use of the app and any consequences thereof.

  • You should not attempt to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
  • You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to AeroByte Studios.

2. Responsible Usage (Entertainment Only)

Funny Prank Sound is strictly for entertainment purposes. By using this application, you agree to use the sounds responsibly. AeroByte Studios is not liable for any panic, distress, harm, device dropping, or disputes caused by the use of these sounds (such as sirens, clippers, or sudden loud noises) in public or private spaces.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Funny Prank Sound offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases. By opting into a premium subscription, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the respective app store after purchase. Please note that simply uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Therefore, any requests for refunds are subject to the terms of the respective store, and AeroByte Studios cannot directly process refunds.

4. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. The app saves your favorites and recently played sounds locally on your device. We do not require account creation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
